The attempted hihacking was in Blyde Street, not Bayley, and it was the second attempt in January this year at the same address, same spot. First attempt was successful on January 2nd. Shot was not directed at the owner of the vehicle, but into the air. They did not attempt to assualt him they kicked and punched him through the drivers door which they opened.
