- Armed robbery cnr Oak & Village on 22.7.12 at 14h10. 2 boys were robbed of their cell phones in the street by 1 black an d 1 Indian male.
- Theft out of motor vehicle in Daffodil on 22.7.12 at 03h46. Window removed from vehicle. Wallet stolen.
- Other theft in Langenhoven on 22.7.12 at 16h28. Gardener’s bicycle stolen. Residents gave chase and suspect was apprehended and arrested.
- Other theft in Southy on 21.7.12 at 09h47. Manhole cover stolen.
- Theft of motor vehicle in Kei on 19.7.12 at 11h35. Ford Ranger stolen, which was parked in the street
