  • Other theft at Bayley's Kwik Spar reported on 4 April. Suspect was caught on camera stealing goods.
  • Theft out of motor vehicle in Milton reported on 4 April. Toyota Corolla driver’s door forced open.  CD player, speakers and car battery stolen.
  • Attempted theft of motor vehicle in De la Mare reported on 4 April. Right side window damaged on Honda. Wiring of vehicle also damaged.
  • Theft out of motor vehicle in Kei reported on 6 April. Left back window broken and radio removed from Toyota Tazz. Radio found on roof of car.
  • Hijacking in Coleridge reported on 8 April. Black man with firearm was waiting inside property for them to drive in.  He pulled her out of the car and hijacked the vehicle.
  • Other theft in De la Mare reported on 9 April. 4 Black women said they wanted to look at the house (for sale). Daughter let them in.  2 kept her busy while the other 2 looked around.  When they left, she discovered jewellery and cellphone missing.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Mercury reported on 9 April. Office window broken.  2 computers stolen and purse with cash.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Christien reported on 10 April. Broke open bar door. Stole TV, hifi and alcohol.
  • Theft out of motor vehicle in Linda reported on 11 April. Left back window broken on Renault.  Blankets stolen.
  • Housebreaking and theft/Theft of motor vehicle in Kingswood reported on 12 April. Entrance gained via back bedroom window. Various goods stolen plus firearm stolen out of safe.  Also took Toyota Corolla from garage.
  • Theft of motor vehicle in Heywood reported on 15 April. Visitor’s Honda Ballade stolen – parked in street.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Southy reported on 15 April. Suspects broke Into garage – various tools missing.
  • Theft of motor vehicle in Longfellow reported on 16 April. Toyota Run-X stolen. Recovered in Katlahong.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Douglas reported on 17 April. Broke open gate and back door with a spade. Ransacked house. Not sure what was taken.
  • Domestic violence in Stratford reported on 17 April. Husband and wife were under influence of alcohol and started fighting.
  • Attempted theft of motor vehicle in Letaba reported on 17 April. Mazda bonnet opened and pulled out wires. Door also opened.  Husband arrived and suspects fled.
  • Theft of motor vehicle in Main reported on 18 April. Visitor’s Citi Golf stolen – parked outside.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Coleridge reported on 19 April. Study window broken and burglar bars forced open. Nothing taken.
  • Other theft in Coleridge reported on 21 April. Domestic worker let 2 Black ladies into the house.  While there, they stole a laptop and jewellery.
