  • Domestic violence in Chrome on 18.3.10 at 17h10. Boyfriend came home to find he was locked out by his girlfriend.  He kicked the door down and they started fighting.
  • Domestic violence in Sapphire on 19.3.10 at 16h57. Husband and wife fighting.  Husband has interdict against her.
  • Domestic violence in Wilge on 23.3.10 at 20h24. Husband and wife were fighting over money.
  • Robbery on Cnr Cambridge and Linette on 24.3.10 at 09h58. Unknown female victim robbed of her cellphone.
  • Attempted other theft in Gillwell on 25.3.10 at 06h35. Suspects loosened gate motor and lifted gate from rail, but gate motor not taken.

  • Domestic violence in Shakespeare on 15.3.10 at 07h24. He and his girlfriend were fighting and he wanted her removed from the premises.
  • Housebreaking and theft in Chaucer on 16.3.10 at 11h31. Lock forced open on Wendyhouse.  Not sure what was stolen.
  • Robbery in Windermere Drive on 16.3.10 at 13h49. She was walking in the street when a black man approached and robbed her of cash and her cellphone.

  • Attempted other theft in Keswick on 12.3.10 at 06h14. Swimming pool pole was used to try and steal a rucksack through the window, without success.
  • Other theft in Genevieve on 12.3.10 at 10h42. Cellphone stolen from son’s bedroom (wasn’t locked)
  • Other theft in KesWick on 12.3.10 at 07h23. Fishing rods and reels stolen off the back of the bakkie which was parked in the yard.
  • Domestic violence in Daffodil on 14.3.10 at 07h56. On arrival, female advised that her son had locked himself in the house and has a number of firearms.  Patrolman managed to get wife, mother and 2 children out of the premises.  Male fired shots in the house. SAPS negotiator managed to get him out of the house.  Approx 9 firearms were confiscated.
  • Attempted break-in in Capricorn St on 14.3.10 at 13h50. Window at the lounge broken, but no entry gained.
  • Attempted break-in in Langehoven on 14.3.10 at 11h51. He was working in his study when he heard a noise at the front door.  He looked out the window and saw 4 black males trying to force open the door.  He shouted and they fled.
  • Attempted break-in in Langehoven on 14.3.10 at 11h51. A group of approx 7 black suspects forced open side gate and entered the yard.  They tried to force open back door. Client started screaming and they ran off.

  • Housebreaking and theft in Farrarmere Country Estate on 10.3.10 at 07h49. When victim got up she found a window open (no burglar proofing). Laptop and camera stolen.
  • Hijacking in Jade on 11.3.10 at 19h23. When victim pulled into his driveway he was hijacked of his Polo by 3 armed men.
  • Theft out of motor vehicle in Wordsworth on 12.3.10 at 01h34. Driver’s window broken and radio stolen.

  • Domestic violence in Santos on 7.3.10 at 02h32. Male mixed heart tablets with alcohol and became aggressive and broke the bedroom door.
  • Other theft in Koper on 6.3.10 at 09h03. Gate motor stolen.
  • Theft out of motor vehicle at Wordsworth High on 8.3.10 at 22h10. Victim left her car at the school while she attended a function.  On return she found her vehicle had been broken into and radio and hockey sticks were stolen.
  • Theft of motor vehicle in Whitman on 8.3.10 at 11h34. Complainant saw on the camera system that a black man was pushing a Mazda down the street.  He went outside and the suspect fled.  The ignition had been damaged.
  • Attempted hijacking in Spencer on 8.3.10 at 19h03. Victim pulled into his driveway he saw lights behind him.  As he opened his gate, one of the suspects got out of the other vehicle.  Client pushed his panic button and the suspects drove away.

  • Hijacking in Daffodil on 5.3.10 at 19h59. He stopped at his driveway when 3 armed suspects hijacked him of his Audi.  Suspects were in a white Jetta.
  • Other theft in Wybers on 5.3.10 at 10h11. Gate motor stolen. 
  • Other theft in Reaper on 5.3.10 at 08h32. 2 outside taps stolen from the church.

   * Housebreaking and theft in Cloudy on 3.3.10 at 08h42. Sliding door forced open.  Plasma TV stolen.

   * Housebreaking and theft in Great North on 4.3.10 at 22h56. Front window broken.  DSTV decoder stolen

   * Attempted theft of motor vehicle in Sapphire on 4.2.10 at 06h00. When they went out in the morning, they found the vehicle's doors were open.


   * Housebreaking and theft in Main on 4.3.10 at 12h30. A client phoned in to say that suspects had jumped over the wall into the complex.  Unit 1 broken into but resident not at home and no details known


   * Theft of motor vehicle in Keswick on 4.3.10 at 01h56. Motorbike stolen from the premises. 


   * Dog Poisoning in Alida Close on 4.3.10 at 14h52.  1 dog poisoned. 


   * Theft of motor vehicle in Alida Close on 4.3.10 at 03h33. Client heard a noise and when he looked out the window he saw 2 suspects pushing his Citi Golf down the street. 


   * Attempted theft of motor vehicle in Windermere on 5.3.10 at 03h26. Gate taken off rails.  Mazda was halfway out the gate.  Door and ignition damaged.


   * Housebreaking and theft in Sapphire on 25.2.10 at 15h13. Main gate forced open. Tried to force front door open without success. Entry gained through window by forcing burglar bars open.  Video camera stolen.  Not sure if there is anything else missing. 

   * Domestic violence in Reitz on  27.2.10 at 18h34. He and his son had a fight because he wouldn't let his son go out.  Son smashed up a few things in the house. 


   * Other theft in Chaucer on 26.2.10 at 06h52. Gate motor stolen.


   * Theft of motor vehicle in Windermere on 24.2.10 at 11h51. Jetta stolen from outside the premises.  Vehicle recovered cnr Windermere and Patterdale.
