- A case of housebreaking and theft was reported in Reitz St. on 21st October. A study window was broken and two laptops stolen.
- A gate motor was reported stolen in Jade Rd. on 22nd October.

- Housebreaking and theft were reported in Cloudy St. on 20th October. The residents' daughter went to check on the house while her parents were away and noticed an open bathroom window. The alarm system was damaged and 2 TVs and some other items stolen.
- Domestic violence was reported in Sunvale Court on Bayley St. on 20th October. A woman and her boyfriend were fighting and she wanted him to leave the residence.
Suspicious vehicles
There are 2 suspicious vehicles hanging around in Rynfield. They have been noticed especially outside a house in Sarel Cilliers st. near Ebotse entrance.
The vehicles in question are:
- Blue Volkswagen Golf with white occupants and registration number KNT 275 GP
- White Volkswagen golf with white occupants, registration currently unknown, possibly PHP 595 GP
from commiting crimes in our areas.

Housebreaking and theft occurred on 17th October at an empty house in Linnet Rd.
A lounge window was broken to gain entry. Alarm wires were cut and lights, switches and plugs stolen.
A VW velocity was stolen in Coleridge St on 16 October.
The gate gate forced open and the vehicle stolen.

A hijacking occurred in Letaba St. on 15th September.
As the victim was coming out of his driveway in his BMW, a Corsa stopped and 3 Black men got out and hijacked him.

A generator was stolen out of a yard on Masefield St. on 13th October
A hijacking occurred in Bayley St. on 12th October.
The victim pulled into into her driveway. 2 armed Black men approached and hijacked her Polo.
An attempted housebreaking occurred in Daffodil Street on 12th October.
Burglar bars were broken but no entry was gained.
Domestic violence occurred in Spray street on 12th October.
The husband assaulted his wife.
Assault occurred on the corner of Bayley and Cambridge on 12th October.
A black man under the influence of alcohol assaulted his girlfriend and was arrested
A motor vehicle was stolen in Jukskei Rd. on 11th October.
A BMW was stolen. Vehicle found outside 40 Jukskei – door lock damaged.
A motor vehicle was stolen in Whitman street on 10th October.
A BMW parked outside the premises was stolen.
A dog was poisoned in Stratford complex on 10th October.

Housebreaking and theft occurred in Douglas St. on 8th October.
The front door was forced open and cellphones, jewellery, a GPS and two laptops were stolen.

An attempt was made to steal a gate motor during the night on 5th October in Wilge Street.
A Toyota Tazz was stolen on 3rd October on Gillwell St. The gate lifted from it's rails and the vehicle stolen from premises

Theft of motor vehicle occurred on 1st October on Oak St. West.
A VW Fox was stolen from premises.
Housebreaking and theft occurred on 2nd October on Reitz St.
The security gate and front door were broken open and a TV stolen.
A cellphone was stolen on 2nd October at the Engen on Bailey St.
The suspect in a Jetta asked to borrow the victim's cellphone. The victim gave it to the suspect and he drove off with it.

Lapa was broken into and Flatscreen TV and entertainment system stolen.
Housebreaking and theft occurred on 30th September on Christen St.
2 suspects rang the intercom – only the daughter was at home and she wouldn’t open. They then pushed the gate open and smashed the sliding door at TV room. DVD player and amplifier stolen.
