- Robbery in Bayley St on 30.9.12 at 18h53. She was walking in the street when a black male ran past and grabbed her handbag.
- Housebreaking and theft in Southy on 29.9.12 at 14h48. Front door and security gate forced open. X-box and jewellery stolen.
- Armed robbery in Southy on 27.9.12 at 11h18. Suspect overpowered domestic worker and tied her up in a room upstairs. 2 TVs, surround sound, laptop and jewellery taken.
- Theft out of motor vehicle in Spray on 26.9.12 at 09h08. Window of vehicle broken. Front loader stolen.
- Housebreaking and theft in Flamingo Close on 25.9.12 at 03h49. Window broken to gain entry. Resident is on holiday. Laptop found on the ground. Not sure what was taken.
